Getting around
We selected the hotels based on quality as well as convenience and walkability to restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc.. Anything you might need is easily accessible from the hotels. If you wish to explore further, like the Candelaria or other areas, Ubers are readily available in Bogota and they are a great option! If you would like to hire an on-call chauffeur service for your time here, please let us know and we will help you coordinate.
In terms of airport transportation, the yellow taxis are very easy and reliable. If you would like to schedule an arrival transfer, please contact the hotel concierge.
Transportation from Four Seasons and Sofitel will be provided for all of our events.
What will the weather be like?
Bogota is virtually the same, all year round. You can expect highs of high 60’s and low 70’s. Early morning and night will be more chilly and closer to the mid 50’s.
What should I wear?
The attire for each event is listed on the “Events” section of the website. For your free time, it’s all about layers as the weather changes during the day. We recommend short or long sleeve shirts with cardigans, jean jackets and blazers. Light to medium coverage coats are also recommended. Bogota, and the area around the hotels is generally pretty walkable so bring a great pair of sneakers or comfortable boots.
Will any of the events be outside?
All of our events are indoors.
How far away is the wedding venue?
Depending on traffic, the venue could be anywhere between 15-20 minutes away by car/bus.
Are kids invited?
While we love your little ones, our event is adults only.
